Aimee is a seasoned attorney whose distinct professional background sets her apart in the legal field.
Aimee is a native Austinite and sixth-generation Texan who has bled burnt orange since age three. In that vein (no pun intended), she was thrilled to spend seven years of her life on the Forty Acres at The University of Texas.
Aimee graduated from UT with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and completion of the Business Foundations Program with High Distinction.
She then attended The University of Texas Law School, where she obtained her J.D. and focused on litigation-related courses. She immensely enjoyed studying abroad in Paris and London during her collegiate years.
After graduation, Aimee began her legal career practicing law at one of Austin’s oldest and largest law firms, representing global pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation, where she spent seven years.
She also worked in Charleston, South Carolina, practicing insurance defense and construction litigation. Life later took her to West Texas, where Aimee learned how to prepare oil and gas title opinions, before ending up back in her hometown of Austin to return to a primarily civil litigation practice, along with other areas of law.
In her spare time, Aimee enjoys attending Texas football and volleyball games, reading any good book or investigative journalism, walking her rescue dogs, and cheering on her kids at their athletic and fine arts endeavors.
Aimee is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and South Carolina.
